Abstract:
To obtain a thin film on which biopolymers are immobilized.
A laminate of a biopolymer-immobilized film on which two biopolymers or more were immobilized in lines or strips, and a thin film having a biopolymer-immobilized film cross-section obtained by cutting the laminate to the direction crossing the oriented direction in lines or strips of the biopolymer are obtained, and a method for producing them is provided. This method allows reproducibly and efficiently obtaining a thin film on which biopolymers are arbitrarily, densely, accurately, two-dimensionally oriented. This thin film allows assaying the kind and amount of biopolymers in a specimen.
