Abstract:
To provide a biopolymer purification apparatus which can purify large amount of biopolymer sample having highly separation performance.
The biopolymer purification apparatus includes: a pair of electrodes which are an anode 2 and a cathode 3 connected to a power source P; an anode buffer vessel 5 (a first electrode chamber) in which the anode 2 is disposed; a cathode buffer vessel 6 (a second electrode chamber) in which the cathode 3 is disposed; a transfer portion 7 for taking-out or putting-in a solution to the anode buffer vessel 5 and the cathode buffer vessel 6; and a protein vessel 10 (a purification chamber) disposed between the anode buffer vessel 5 and the cathode buffer vessel 6 through a first semipermeable membrane 8.
