Abstract:
To provide a coffin which does not use a metal fitting and an iron nail for suppressing a metal substance from being left in burning of a coffin comprising a hinged door when looking at a face of a deceased in farewell.SOLUTION: There is provided a coffin which can be easily burned and facilitate farewell, the coffin comprises: a wooden plate box body which is formed of a vertically long bottom plate, right and left long side plates which are fixed to the bottom plate, and front and rear short side plates fixed to the right and left long side plates and the bottom plate; a wooden lid plate which covers the wooden plate box body; and a reinforcement material of a lower part of the bottom plate. The wooden plate box body comprises a hole part in a longer direction of each side plate. In the coffin, in jointing of the bottom plate, the right and left long side plates and the front and rear short side plates, and jointing of each side plate, the bottom plate and an auxiliary plate, a wooden connector is used, and a biparting type double hinged door formed of a wooden material is attached to an upper surface of the wooden lid plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
