Abstract:
To satisfy a requirement of a machine screw unit which is high in a lock force to a metal-made waterproof foundation, and does not take a time and effort.SOLUTION: A machine screw unit comprises a machine screw member 2 which is drilled into a waterproof foundation B, and a cylindrical sheath pipe member 3 which is shorter than the machine screw member 2, and encapsulates the machine screw member 2 from the outside of a radial direction. A first screw member 21 which is arranged at a tip of the machine screw member 2 while protruding from the sheath pipe member 3, and can drill a large-diameter penetration hole A larger than an outside diameter of the sheath pipe member 3 is arranged at the waterproof foundation B. A second screw part 23 smaller than the first screw member 21 in a diameter is arranged at a portion at a machine screw head part 25 side rather than the first screw part 21 of the machine screw member 2. An inner screw part 31 screwed with the second screw part 23 is arranged at an internal peripheral face of a portion corresponding to the second screw member 23 of the sheath pipe member 3, and a buckling promotion part 34 for promoting buckling in an axial core direction is arranged at a portion at the machine screw head part 25 side rather than the portion in which the inner screw part 31 of the sheath pipe member 3 is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
