Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate an aluminum material and a wire mesh of a biscuit without mixing an iron component or the like of the wire mesh with the aluminum material by dipping the biscuit in a molten aluminum of lower temperature than the melting point of the wire mesh, and pulling out the wire mesh from the molten aluminum after the aluminum is dissolved. SOLUTION: A wire mesh for filtrating impurities is mounted to a gate of a molding die of a casting machine, and aluminum (including an aluminum alloy) under a molten condition is poured from the gate so as to manufacture a wheel of a car. In this step, after the wheel is manufactured, a biscuit B wherein the wire mesh is submerged in the aluminum material formed at the gate, is put in an elevating basket 4. After the elevating basket 4 is hung up and moved along a rail 6, the basket 4 is lowered and dipped into a molten aluminum H of lower temperature than the melting point of the wire mesh in a dissolution tank 3. After only the aluminum material is dissolved, the wire mesh is pulled out from the molten aluminum H so as to separate the aluminum material and the wire mesh.
