Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a biscuit mix capable of simply providing high quality biscuits even after chilled distribution for a long period by dividing all the raw materials required to produce the biscuits into powder and a dough and packaging the raw materials.

CONSTITUTION: Wheat flour and an inflating agent preferably at about 100:(0.5-8) blending ratio are contained in an air-transmissible package (A) and variation of biscuits can be extended by suitably containing cocoa, corn starch, etc., in the package (A). A dough composed of fats and oils, saccharides, water, etc., is contained in a package (B) having water and oil resistance and airtightness. The packages (A) and (B) are then contained in a package (C) to afford the objective biscuit mix. Furthermore, a package containing nuts, chip chocolate, raisins, etc., can be preferably contained in the package (C) separately from the aforementioned packages (A) and (B) to extend the variation of the biscuits.
