Abstract:
To provide a method of selectively separating and recovering bismuth which is a valuable resource, from an aqueous bismuth solution produced from nonferrous smelting industry.
The method of recovering the bismuth comprises selectively adsorbing the bismuth in the aqueous solution which is an intermediate treated product of a copper and lead refining process step to an MRT resin having a coordinate bond at bed volume = 0.1 to 8 and eluting the bismuth by a sulfuric acid solution.
