Abstract:

To provide a bispecific antibody which substitutes for functional protein, more particularly, a bispecific antibody which substitutes for a ligand function to a heteroreceptor, a bispecific antibody which substitutes for a function of a cofactor which reinforces enzyme reaction and a medicinal composition containing the antibody as an active ingredient.

The bispecific antibody substitutes for the ligand function to an I-type interferon receptor composed of two kind of molecules of AR1 chain and AR2 chain. In addition, the bispecific antibody substitutes for the function of a blood coagulation factor VIII/an activated blood coagulation factor VIII which reinforces the enzyme reaction by combining with both of a blood coagulation factor IX/an activated blood coagulation factor IX and a blood coagulation factor X.
