Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bit mounting device with a highly durable bit deflection stopper for solving the problem with low durability in such a conventional structure of a screwdriver that a rubber ring is mounted in a bit mounting hole so that a screw driver bit mounted on the end of a spindle is prevented from deflecting in the radial direction of a spindle.
SOLUTION: Two metal elastic holding members 15b, 15b are provided on an operating sleeve 11. Two opposed angle portions are elastically held between the elastic holding members 15b, 15b utilizing a dimensional difference between a space A between two opposed sides of the driver bit 3 formed in a hexagonal column and a space B between the two opposed angle portions to suppress the deflection of the driver bit 3.
