To provide a means for improving cooling efficiency by suppressing an increase of a flow speed of a cross flow at the downstream side, in a blade body employing an impingement cooling method.
A turbine static blade 10 comprises: an outer frame 20 which forms a blade form; an insertion member 22 which is arranged having an internal face 20a of the outer frame 20 and a clearance C in the outer frame, and has an injection hole 223 which injects a cooling gas RG supplied to the insertion member toward the internal face 20a of the outer frame 20; and a discharge port 25 which discharges the cooling gas RG flowing into the clearance C. The clearance C is formed so that a cross section area gradually becomes larger as progressing to the downstream side from the upstream side of a direction in which the cooling gas RG is discharged to the discharge port 25.
