Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy of dimensions so as not to generate a load on a worked article as much as possible by forming notches such that a compressive force due to a cutting blade is not operated from both sides onto the worked article.SOLUTION: A plate-shaped cutting blade 10 which is vertically arranged on a surface 2 of a base 1 and forms notches on a side surface Wc of a worked article W upon advancing of the base 1 is provided and the cutting blade 10 is constituted with a plurality of sharing cutting blades 11, 12, 13 which form notches while sharing the side surface Wc of the worked article W. Therein, the respective sharing cutting blades 11, 12, 13 are formed such that inner surfaces 14 thereof do not face each other in directions vertical to the inner surfaces 14 and are lined up with a predetermined interval along one direction R, the base 1 is repeatedly caused to advance and retreat, every time the base is caused to retreat, a plate material B is relatively forwardly sent by a prescribed dimension in one direction R, thereby, notches are successively formed and, by combining the notches formed beforehand and the notches formed afterward among the notches, the worked article W can be formed by drawing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
