Abstract:
To provide an image capturing unit (blade drive unit with lenses) comprising a blade drive unit integrated with a lens frame, which occupies less space when incorporated in a thin electronic device.SOLUTION: A blade drive unit with lenses comprises a lens frame holding lenses, and a blade drive unit having blades configured to move in and out of a light path of the lenses. The blade drive unit includes a housing having a front face lying perpendicular to an optical axis of the lenses. A front end of a light passage portion of the lens frame or the blade drive unit protrudes to the front along the optical axis relative to the front face of the blade drive unit. Around the front end, an interposition member is disposed between a member covering the lens frame and blade drive unit, and the front face.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
