Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To release a worker from the heavy labor of the slit work by providing a temporarily assembling device, which assembles spacers or blades carried by a robot one by one and which can be rotated, and an inserting device, which inserts the spacers or blades temporarily assembled by the temporarily assembling device into an extruding slitter stand. SOLUTION: A required number of blade and spacer having a required thickness are temporarily assembled in an upper shaft and a lower shaft of a temporarily assembling stand 11 from a spacer housing device or a blade housing device by robots 30, 31 on the basis of the data input to a computer. The temporarily assembling stand 11 is turned at 180 degree and connected to a slitter stand. When a pusher is pushed, the spacers and the blades, which are temporarily assembled in the upper shaft and the lower shaft, are inserted into the upper shaft and the lower shaft of the slitter stand. When hydraulic pressure is applied to an hydraulic chamber, the shaft gets over a spring for progressing, and a pin is stood, and the pin pushes a spacer end so as to fix the spacer and the blade.
