Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a blade handle, i.e., a blade holder capable of inserting a plurality of blades in order for using a blade only once and then throw away.
CONSTITUTION: A combined blade body 10 for surgery can be inserted by a plurality of blades in order. Each of the blade provides a plurality of the cleats of the blade receiving zone of the holder and/or the opening portion of receiving a butt portion. The holder 10 consists of the fixed handle portion 12 and handle portion 14 of fixing each other for fixedly holding the blade in the blade receiving zone by making them to pivotally move each other in a plane surface of the same lengthened direction around the center of a pivotal point 29 positioned adjacent to the blade receiving zone. The fixed handle portion 12 is gripped by one hand, and the lock of a rotating handle portion 14 is released by using the finger of the same hand, and the handle portion 14 is made to rotate, and then the blade is released by one hand and removed away without touching the blade. The handle portion of the holder provides the cleat of working together with the opening portion of the blade and/or the butt portion.
