PURPOSE: To surely and sharply cut without generating a burr on an electron part.

CONSTITUTION: Blade tops 10, 10 of a pair of cutting blades 9, 9 cutting a lead wire b of an electron part a are formed along a curve line. The cutting blades 9, 9 are advanced and the blade tops 10, 10 are butted on both sides of the lead wire with air cylinders 9, 9 in the state inserting the lead wires b of the electron part a from the lead wire inserting hole 12 of an operating stand. Next, plungers of the air cylinders 8, 8 are gradually extended, rinks 3,3 are simultaneously inclined with the air cylinders 2, 2, and the cutting blades 9 9 are rotated so that the contact point of the blade tops 10, 10 is moved downward. Therefore, the lead wire b is cut.
