Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a blade plate for a gylatory crusher which prevents efficiently treated materials from sticking in the grooves of the main body of a blade plate when the materials fall in a crushing chamber during crushing.
CONSTITUTION: Corrugated lines are formed on the outer surface of the main body 2 of a blade plate made of a highly abrasion resistant material in the same direction with the generating line are ranged along its circumferential direction. The blade plate is formed on the top of the corrugation, and the blade edge 6 has a curved cross section. More than one deep grooves 3 are formed on the bottom of the corrugation. A buried band material 5 made of a poorly abrasion resistant material is buried in the deep grooves 3 by bonding with a bonding device 7. The main body 2 of the blade plate is formed in a integrated structure.
