To provide a blade-proof and bullet-proof bag with an antitheft function which is provided with blade-proof and bullet-proof functions and also which allows a thief to a abandon carrying away the bag by keeping issuing high alarm buzzer sounds of the case of theft.

The bag 1 has a connection ring 2 which is attached to a part at the side of a fastener closing side. Light and strong duralumin plates 3 made of a metallic base material are covered with respective covers 4 made by a cloth sheet, etc., so as to constitute two blade-proof and bullet-proof members 5. The members 5 are combined at the both inner surfaces of the bag 1 to obtain a protecting function bag 6. Fittings 8 at one end of a freely extendable/ contractible connection string like a coil string are combined with a connectable/ disconnectable operation switch board 9 at the other end concerning an alarm buzzer 10. The alarm buzzer is attached to the connection ring 2 in the bag 1 with the formed protecting function bag 6 therein. Thus the blade-proof and bullet-proof bag with an antitheft function is obtained.
