Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain high efficiency, good productivity, and low cost, by working the side face of a blade with a tool with its one part embedded inside the outer circumferential face of a rotor side plate integrated with the blade, and hereafter embedding a member into the cutout part of the rotor side plate.

CONSTITUTION: Both end parts of a blade 1 are worked in parallel with each other and in precise flatness, rotor side plates 4 formed in one body with a rotary hollow body 7 and a rotor shaft 5 are fixed and connected to the end parts of the blade 1 with bolts 16 in one body, and further a cutout plate 17 is previously worked and formed on the rotor side plate 4. When the side face of the blade 1 is worked, the working position against the side face of the blade is decided with reference of the rotor shaft 15, and the side face of the blade is worked by embedding one part of a tool inside the outer circumferential face of the rotor side plate 4 built in one body with the blade 1 at its end part. After completion of working of the blade side face in this way, a member is embedded into the cutout part 17 and fixed in one body with the rotor side plate 4 with a screw.
