Title:
EXCAVATING/STIRRING BLADE FOR SOIL CEMENT COMPOSITE PILE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2001248147
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide an excavating/stirring blade capable of creating a uniform soil cement column by finely crushing and sufficiently kneading excavated soil with grout.

Upper and lower fixed edges 2, 3 are fixed to an auger rod spindle 1, and slide shafts 6 are protruded downward at the tip parts of the upper fixed edges 2. Gaps larger than the thickness of the base end parts of movable edges 4 are formed between the tips of the slide shafts 6 and the lower fixed edges 3. A moving edge restraining mechanism restrains the rotation of the movable edges 4 relative to fixed shafts 5 by removably inserting the movable edges 4 into the slide shafts 6 and inserting the fixed shafts into the movable edges 4 and the upper and lower fixed edges 2, 3. The moving edge restraining mechanism restrains the vertical movement of the movable edges 4 relative to the fixed shafts 5 by inserting shear pins 7 into the movable edges 4 and the fixed shafts 5 at the prescribed positions so that the movable edges 4 are not released from the slide shafts 6.
