Abstract:

PURPOSE: To arrange notched grooves and bored long holes in the central part of blade tip bases at appropriate intervals to hard tips so as to absorb shock, disperse chips, and cool the tips so as to improve cutting performance, reliability, and durability.

CONSTITUTION: In a tip saw which has a lot of blade tip bases 2 with hard tips 3 projecting to a circumferential edge part of a disc at certain intervals in the circumferential direction, notched grooves 5, 15 are formed in the central upper part of respective blade tip bases 2 with the hard tips 3 on the rear side of the hard tips 3 by being grooved at certain intervals and parallel to one another and the inside ends of the notched grooves 2 are formed into R shape 6. Or in the saw tip saw, bored long holes 15 or 25a, 25b are formed in the central inside of respective blade tip bases 2, 12 with hard tips 3, 13 in the rear side of the hard tips 3 or 13 by being bored at certain intervals and parallel to one another, and both ends of the bored long holes 15, or 25a, 25b are formed into R shape 16, 26.
