It is possible to make free length of the traverse device U2 below equal to free length of the traverse device U1 on the upper side as a contact point of a filament and a contact roller 3 moves downward when the traverse device U2 below is arranged in front of the traverse device 1 above and an engaging point with the filament is set to be on the front side rather than an engaging point of the traverse device U1 above. As it is possible to set length of free length equal to each other by adjusting arrangement of each of the traverse devices properly in the longitudinal direction, it is possible to maintain quality of a thread package constant.
