Abstract:
To provide a blade and a wind power generation device that can restrain lightning stroke damage to a blade body.SOLUTION: A blade 1 comprises a blade body, at least one receptor 6 attached to a tip part of the blade body or the vicinity of the tip part, and a down conductor 7 electrically connected to the receptor 6 and installed inside the blade body. An outer surface or an inner surface of the blade body comprises a non-linear resistance material layer 8. The non-linear resistance material layer 8 has a low electric resistance value and becomes conductive when an electric field equal to or higher than a predetermined electric field value is applied, and has a high electric resistance value and becomes resistive when an electric field lower than the predetermined electric field value is applied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
