On the wind receiving face R, a front face R1 curved into a convex shape toward a front side in a direction of travel in a rotating direction r, and a rear face R2 curved into a concave shape toward a rear side in the direction of travel are formed when observed from a vertical direction, and the blade body has a plurality of blade components A11-A13 formed by dividing the wind receiving face in a horizontal direction.
