Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blank material stacking device constituted to drop a lower plate in an end stopper position, in any end stopper position, with simple structure.
SOLUTION: In this stacking device, when a blank material P serving as the lower plate is carried out of a conveyor 2 by the operation of an operating part 36, a moving body 29 standing by behind an end stopper 17 is moved toward a conveyor outlet, and the front end of the carried-out blank material is received from an outlet-inlet 43 by a jaw part 40 in the outlet position and supported from the lower side by a support part 44. As the receiving part 56 is pushed by the end of the blank material, the blank material is clamped by a locking claw 53. When the clamped state of the blank material is detected by a sensor 60, the moving body is moved toward the stand-by position at the same speed as the conveying speed of the conveyor so that the jaw part passes the end stopper. When the jaw part passes the end stopper, the blank material collides with the end stopper to release the clamping.
