Abstract:
To provide a blanket cylinder and a printing machine which suppress reduction of printing quality by suppressing occurrence of vibration in the blanket cylinder caused by a groove part.SOLUTION: A blanket cylinder comprises: a cylinder body which is in a cylindrical shape and for which a groove part is provided on an outer peripheral part along an axial direction; and a blanket which is wound to an outer peripheral surface of the cylinder body and in which each end in a winding direction is inserted into the groove part. The blanket has: a blanket body having elasticity; and a non-elastic plate which is provided for a rear face of the blanket body and arranged along an outer peripheral surface of the cylinder body, and at least one of one end face and the other end face in a winding direction of the non-elastic plate is extended to the groove part side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
