PURPOSE: To achieve the simplification of the device and the improvement of productivity by so constituting the device that blanking and shaving are accomplished continuously by the upper die provided with both punches for blanking and shaving and the lower die having a revolvable die plate cooperating with the above-mentioned punches.

CONSTITUTION: The device is constituted by an upper die 1 provided with a blanking punch 4, shaving punch 5 and pilot pin 6 and a lower die 2 cooperating with the upper die 1. The lower die 2 is mounted horizontally rotatably with a blanking die plate 9 pierced with a pair of blanking holes 20a, 20b on a shaving die plate 8 and is provided with a stripper plate 11 by way of rotating spacing 11. These are so constituted that the material A supplied into the spacing 12 is blanked by replacing the positions of the blanking holes of the die plate 9 rotating in synchronization with the vertical movements of the upper die 1 with each other to let one of them oppose to the punch 4 and the other to the punch 5, whereby the shaving of the blank thus obtained is done simultaneously and continuously.
