Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blast furnace power generation facility provided with a preheater capable of preventing damage on blades of a turbine prolonging a service life of a burner and reducing a heat radiating loss.
SOLUTION: A blast furnace power generation facility comprises: a turbine for recovering pressure energy of BFG from a blast furnace as electric power; a flowing pipe 3b connecting the blast furnace to the turbine; a wet dust collector provided on the flowing pipe 3b, for wetly cleaning the BFG; and a preheater 200 provided on the flowing pipe 3b downstream of the collector for heating the BFG between the collector and the turbine. The preheater 200 includes a suction pipe 101 which is inserted into the flowing pipe 3b, for directly blowing combustion air into the flowing pipe 3b, and a torch 102 for igniting mixed gas of the combustion air sucked into the flowing pipe 3b from the suction pipe 101 and the BFG to burn the mixed gas. A burner 104 of the suction pipe 101 is covered with a protecting cylinder 201, and an inlet 204 for the BFG is formed at the protecting cylinder 201.
