Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blast furnace raw fuel charging device and a blast furnace raw fuel charging method, capable of gradually reducing deviation of depositional surface height in a circumferential direction of a raw fuel and therefor conducting stable blast furnace operation.SOLUTION: There is provide a blast furnace top charging device, having a swing chute which capable of rotating around a vertical axis line O1, a raw fuel deposition surface height detector for detecting deposition surface height of the raw fuel in the circumferential direction in the blast furnace, a flow regulating valve for regulating flow of the raw fuel and control part, the control part controls opening degree of a flow regulating valve so that the raw fuel is charged with overlapping with correspondence to the circumferential direction position having lower deposition surface height of the raw fuel in the blast furnace based on the deposition surface height of the raw fuel detected by the raw fuel deposition surface height detector.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4A
