Abstract:
To provide a tuyere having a plurality of cooling water passages with improved resistance to mechanical abrasion and thermal stress inside the blast furnace and reduced manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: A blast furnace tuyere 1 has: an inner tube 3 forming a through hole from the root to the tip; an outer tube 4 which is provided outside the inner tube 3 and forms a water channel space 5 between itself and the inner tube 3; a separation wall 6 for dividing the space 5 into a first layer cooling water passage 7 on the inner side and a second layer cooling water passage 8 on the outer side; a first supply port for supplying cooling water to the first layer cooling water passage 7; a first discharge port for discharging the cooling water circulating through the first layer cooling water passage 7; a second supply port for supplying cooling water to the second layer cooling water passage 8; and a second discharge port for discharging the cooling water circulating through the second layer cooling water passage 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
