Abstract:
To provide a new bleaching activator that can be compounded stably in a product without any stabilizing measure and gives a high bleaching effect by addition of a peroxide compound, and to provide a bleaching agent composition containing the bleaching activator.
The bleaching activator comprises a compound represented by structural formula (1), and the bleaching agent composition comprises the bleaching activator and a peroxide compound. It is preferable for the bleaching agent composition to contain at least either of a metal salt and a metal oxide.
