Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a bleaching action in supplying the same amount of oxygen by injecting a mixture of oxygen and a steam into a diffusion-mixing conduit.
CONSTITUTION: A steam is added to a pipe 131 guiding oxygen in a diffusion device in a dispersing conduit 123 to form an oxygen-steam mixture. A supplying of steam is controlled by a temperature controller 127 connected to a pipe between the dispersing conduit 123 and a stagnation pipe 137. When the mixture of oxygen-steam is brought into contact with the pipe, the steam condenses and applies heat to the pipe, then an oxygen gas having a small bubble shape and dispersed by a disturbance is remained in the pipe.
