Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly perform the lot management of raw materials used for a product by specifying the product which uses the raw material of the same lot according to mixing actual result data recorded by a mixing managing function. SOLUTION: A personal computer 2 which performs maintenance and management previously registers mixing specifications on a database server 1 and previously registers a kneading plan on the database server 1. A personal computer 5 which indicates mixing instructs a sequencer 6, which controls mixing instruction, according to the kneading plan on the database server 1 to perform mixing. The personal computer 5 stores both a measured actual result and information on the lot number of a supplementary actual result saved on the database server 1 as mixing actual result data on the database server 1. On the personal computer 2, the lot numbers of raw materials is retrieved from the mixing actual result data on the database server 1 and the list used for the product is displayed and printed. Thus, the product using the raw material of the same lot is specified according to the mixing actual result data.
