Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the titled seasoning, hardly eliminating flavor during preservation without moisture absorption and useful for instant food, etc., by coating a seasoning with a fat or oil.
CONSTITUTION: A seasoning is partially or wholly coated with a fat or oil having preferably ≥35°C melting point, e.g. hardened soybean oil, etc., to afford the aimed seasoning. An emulsifying agent, e.g. monoglyceride, etc., is preferably used together as part of the fat or oil.
