A blind board 3 covers a clearance S provided between a ceiling plane 9A and a ceiling plane 9B. The blind board 3 includes a fitting part 4 fixed to the ceiling plane 9A and a coating part 20 arranged opposed to the ceiling plane 9B with a predetermined interval 7. Thereby, the clearance S is hidden, a ceiling is prevented from falling and/or being broken due to earthquake, and in particular, the ceiling can be prevented from falling and/or being broken due to difference in vibration between the ceiling plane 9A and the ceiling plane 9B.
