This blind bolt 10 comprises a bolt body 20 having a head part 22 on the base end side, and a sleeve 30 in which a female screw corresponding to a male screw of the bolt body is formed on the tip side. As the sleeve 30 is set through an object to be jointed, the bolt 20 is driven into the sleeve 30, so that the object is held by a hex flange part 34 of the sleeve 30 and a bulge 36 formed in the sleeve 30. The head part 22 has a circular thin part 25 as an easy-to-rupture part formed by cutting in from a circumferential surface. It is composed in such a way that operation for rotation around an axial center is impossible as the circular thin part 25 is ruptured.
