Using the movement of sunlight with simultaneous changes in elevation angle and azimuth angle, sunlight at a horizontal or low position in the east-to-west direction is blocked by the vertical blades, while sunlight with a large elevation angle, close to the front, is blocked by the horizontal blades. In this way, direct sunlight can be blocked to keep people indoors from feeling dazzled. The light reflected by the upper surfaces of the horizontal blades 1 is upwardly admitted into the room to strike the ceiling surface to make the inside of the room bright.
