To provide a blind which is excellent in shading property, lighting property, aeration property, and durability, is not harmful to the global environment, and is energy-saving and ecological, to provide a blind which can be mass produced at low cost, and provides fine workability, and to provide a handy blind which can be folded easily.
The blind includes a plurality of tubular or bar-like horizontal members 3 each having a given width W, a plurality of interval forming portions 4 each of which is disposed between the vertically adjacent horizontal members 3 to form at least an interval t smaller than the outer diameter D of the horizontal member 3, an upper bar 1 which is disposed on the uppermost part of the plurality of horizontal members 3 and includes locking means 1a and 1b on the top face and a lower bar 2 disposed on the lowermost part of the plurality of horizontal members 3.
