Abstract:
To provide a blink retroreflective element which causes blink retroreflective reflection by a simple structure, which can be easily manufactured and which can be used for a small-size thin reflective material to a large-size reflective material, and to provide a blink retroreflective material by using the above element.
The blink retroreflective element has first to third reflecting faces 1, 2, 3. The reflecting faces are formed in such a manner that the first reflecting face 1 and the second reflecting face 2 make a <90° angle while the first reflecting face 1 and the third reflecting face, and the second reflecting face 2 and the third reflecting face 3 make each 90° angle.
