Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability of a jig, to improve a joint quality or to improve productivity of a blisk when manufacturing the blisk while using LFW.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a blisk includes: a steps of preparing a blade component; an LWF step of joining a blade-side composition plane of the blade component that is held by a blade chuck jig, with a disc component through linear frictional junction; and a finishing step of cutting the held part. In a view in a normal direction of the blade-side composition plane, the blade-side composition plane forms a pair of ridge lines extending in a blade chord direction, and the held part of the blade component includes a back-side surface and a belly-side surface extending in the blade chord direction outside of the pair of ridge lines. At least either the back-side surface or the belly-side surface is curved along a corresponding ridge line. In the LFW step, the blade chuck jig and the blade component that is held thereby are vibrated in a direction with a blade thickness direction defined as a main component between the blade thickness direction and the blade chord direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
