Abstract:
PURPOSE: To restrain the generation of curl of a PTP sheet as far as possible, by decreasing the total area where a resin film is shrunk with time by approximately equalizing the area of a heating region of the film, on which a pocket is not yet formed to the resin film, to the area of a flat region of the pocket to be formed on the resin film.
CONSTITUTION: A container y is formed on a resin film after heating a resin film x, and is sealed by a cover film z after filling goods therein. The area of heating portion to one container made of a rein film is approximately equal to that of the flat region of the container, thereby, the total area where the resin film is shrunk with time can be decreased.
