PURPOSE: To restrain deviation between both members by respectively providing a projecting piece and a recessed groove corresponding to the former on the contact faces between a center belt and a pair of block pieces, and fitting them with each other.
CONSTITUTION: A part of a nearly U-like linear tightening member 14 which nearly coincides with the external form of a block body 5 containing a core body 2 and its both ends are formed with intermediate bending parts 17' facing inward, is fitted into vertical grooves 10 provided on both side walls of assembled block pieces 5a,5b, and a belt block body part is temporarily tightened with the tightening member 14 similar to a belly band and shaped. Nextly, the block body 5 is fitted into a receiving side mold 22 constituting one side of a caulking mold 21, remaining the intermediate bending parts 17' of the tightening member 14 facing inward, hereafter, the intermediate bending parts 17' are pressed against the block body and bent with the other side pushing mold 24 of the caulking mold 21, to obtain a desired block belt 1.
