A coping 1 is mounted on a block 3 in the structure. The coping 1 has an approximately square groove-shaped fixing section 2 opened to an upper section along the longitudinal direction at approximately a center in the cross direction of the coping 1, the bottom plate section 21 of the fixing section 2 is abutted against the top face of the block 3 while being fixed through a fixture 4, and fastened onto the block 3, and the cover body 4 is fitted to the opening section of the fixing section 2 at that time.
