Abstract:
To provide a block designing device and a program capable of obtaining a block design parameter for obtaining, in a short period of time, a desired evaluation value for block constitution elements other than elements being input as predetermined block elements among the block constitution elements.SOLUTION: There are provided: a receiving unit which receives a block predetermined element being previously determined for constituting the block being an element for constituting a block to be designed; a generation unit which generates, from the block predetermined elements, block not-predetermined elements for constituting the block other than the block predetermined elements, and generates designed blocks from the block predetermined elements and the block not- predetermined elements; an evaluation unit which calculates an evaluation value for the designed blocks with previously determined items; and an output unit which outputs designed blocks having evaluation values satisfying a previously determined reference among the designed blocks.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
