PURPOSE: To effectively lay a block by providing a lifting frame base provided on a guide member with a block receiving base so as to be laterally and obliquely movable, and the receiving base with a ready-mixed concrete backet having a gravel backet so as to be movable before and behind.

CONSTITUTION: A guide member 13 is inclined backward with a block laying device 10 attached to the driving arm 12 of a heavy machine, and a block 30a is mounted on a block receiving base 22 and pressedly held by a pressing member 30. An arm 12 is then operated to arranged the guide member 13 on this side of a stone wall 65. A winch 41 is then operated to rise a lifting frame base 14 to a fixed position and to properly incline the guide member 13 for mounting the block 30a on the stone wall 65. In addition to that, a gravel backet 27 is opened for discharging gravels, and a ready-mixed concrete backet 35 is opened for discharging the ready-mixed concrete 67.
