PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a block for ornamental purposes, which has a function of a photo frame by combining a photograph with a decorative material.SOLUTION: A block for ornamental purposes includes: a storage box 11 that comprises a lid body 15 serving as a transparent window for performing internal visual recognition; a flower that is arranged within the storage box 11 and visually recognized via the lid body 15; and a photograph holding member 13 that is arranged within the storage box 11 to hold the photograph so that it can be visually recognized together with the flower via the lid body 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
