Abstract:
To provide an acid-modified cycloolefin polymer composition having excellent compatibility with a cycloolefin polymer and a cycloolefin copolymer, a resin modifier including the same, and a method for producing an acid-modified cycloolefin polymer composition.SOLUTION: A block polymer includes a block (a) satisfying the following (1) and a block (b) satisfying the following (2). (1) The block (a) has a (co) polymer that includes a cycloalkene having a norbornene skeleton as a constituent monomer. (2) The block (b) is a repeating unit (B) that is different from the block (a) and has at least one polar atomic group selected from the group consisting of a quaternary ammonio group, an amino group, a carboxyl group, a sulfo group, a phospho group, a hydroxy group, and an oxyethylene group.SELECTED DRAWING: None
