Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a block puzzle-form assembly structure of a soccer ball, etc., to be easily assembled like a block puzzle with significantly improved durability without a heavy load applied on a joint part.
SOLUTION: The block puzzle-form assembly structure comprises a plurality of unit pieces formed in a prescribed shape such as a pentagon or a hexagon having a curved plane with a prescribed curvature according to the shape of the surface of the soccer ball, etc. Each unit piece has connection pieces projecting with the prescribed curvature in the direction nearly at a right angle to each side of the unit piece, and engagement grooves or engagement holes, in which the connection pieces are set, bored with the prescribed curvature in the direction nearly at a right angle to each side of the unit piece.
