A water channel-forming member 12 is buried in the body 11 of the block 10. The water channel-forming member 12 is formed by connecting a plurality of conduits 13 opened to the side surfaces 11a of the body 11 at the center of the body 11 in front view. The conduits 13 extend radially from the connection part 14 toward the side surfaces 11a of the body 11. The water channel-forming member 12 includes a water supply pipe 15 branched from the connection part 14 of the conduit 13 toward the surface 11c side of the body 11. The water supply pipe 15 includes a nozzle 17 opened to the surface 11c of the bodyt 11.
