Abstract:
To provide a blocked isocyanate dissociation catalyst that permits reduction in a block dissociation temperature of a blocked isocyanate in a curable composition and produces a curable composition excellent in storage stability and workability and to provide a thermosetting composition using the dissociation catalyst, and the like.SOLUTION: There are provided: a blocked isocyanate dissociation catalyst which includes an organic acid having an acid dissociation constant (pKa) of 4.5 or less; and a thermosetting composition which includes the blocked isocyanate dissociation catalyst, a blocked isocyanate and a compound having two or more active hydrogen groups, and the like.SELECTED DRAWING: None
