To provide a blocking bar grip structure of a crossing gate, and the crossing gate with the blocking bar grip structure that can prevent a blocking bar from easily falling off to scatter even when a fixing mechanism (fitting) is damaged.
The blocking bar grip structure of the crossing gate includes a bracket 8 formed into substantially C-shaped cross section; a cover member turnably provided to open/close the opening 8a of the bracket 8; and a fixing mechanism for fixing the cover member in the closed state of the opening 8a of the bracket 8. The blocking bar grip structure further includes a pressure-fitting grip mechanism for pressure-fitting and gripping one end side of the blocking bar 2 inserted in an internal space 8c of the bracket 8, by the bracket 8 and the cover member, and a locking mechanism B1 for detachably locking one end side of the blocking bar 2 inserted in the internal space 8c of the bracket 8.
